How Pricing Works

All coaching at FOOD Fitness DC is individualized. Pricing is structured around the level of support, length of commitment, and whether coaching is online, in person, or hybrid.

All coaching plans require a consultation before enrollment. This ensures expectations are clear and confirms that FOOD Fitness DC is the right fit for your goals and needs.

Clients may choose a workout plan, a meal plan, or a combined approach depending on their preferences and goals.

Coaching Options

Online Coaching

Online coaching is designed for men who want structured guidance, accountability, and flexibility without in-person sessions.

This option is ideal for clients who:
• Prefer remote coaching
• Train at a gym or at home
• Want structure without scheduling in-person sessions

Online coaching includes:
• Customized workout plan and/or meal plan
• Regular accountability check-ins
• Progress tracking and plan adjustments
• Program remodeling if progress stalls
• Ongoing coaching support

Commitment options:
• 12 to 16 weeks
• 6 months
• 1 year

In-Person Training

In-person training is a separate coaching package focused on hands-on instruction, proper execution, and structured progression.

This option is ideal for clients who:
• Want face-to-face coaching
• Benefit from hands-on guidance and accountability
• Prefer scheduled sessions

In-person training includes:
• One to two in-person sessions per week
• Structured strength and conditioning sessions
• Technique coaching and movement feedback
• Accountability and consistency support

In-person training packages are discussed during the consultation.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid coaching combines online programming with in-person sessions for clients who want structure, flexibility, and hands-on coaching.

This option is ideal for clients who:
• Want customized programming with in-person support
• Prefer flexibility with added accountability
• Benefit from both remote and in-person coaching

Hybrid coaching includes:
• Customized workout plan and/or meal plan
• Regular accountability check-ins
• Progress tracking and plan adjustments
• Program remodeling if progress stalls
• One to two in-person sessions per week

Commitment options:
• 12 to 16 weeks
• 6 months
• 1 year

Payment Structure

Coaching plans may be paid:
• In full
• With a 50 percent deposit followed by bi-weekly payments under contract until the balance is complete

Payment options and total pricing are reviewed during the consultation.

Accountability and Adjustments

All coaching plans include accountability check-ins. Programs are adjusted as needed based on progress, feedback, and results. If a plan becomes stagnant or ineffective, it will be remodeled to ensure continued progress.

Eligibility

Coaching is available to individuals age 35 and older.
Clients under 35 may be considered following a consultation.

All clients must complete a consultation prior to enrollment. FOOD Fitness DC reserves the right to determine whether coaching is an appropriate fit.
